Since 2013, Bayshore has guided clients through complex land use and regulatory environments with integrity and a practical, solutions-oriented approach. Our work spans community and policy planning, residential and mixed-use development, agricultural, and industrial, commercial, and operational land uses, including waterfront, foreshore, and solid waste and recycling facilities.
